How is Lumeva different?

The three-sided head places ultra-soft bristles against the front, back, and biting surface of a tooth at the same time. The motion remains manual: use short, gentle strokes and move methodically around your mouth.

Does it replace normal brushing guidance?

No. Brush for two minutes, twice a day with fluoride toothpaste unless your dental professional recommends a different routine.

What if I have sensitive gums?

Use gentle pressure and stop if brushing causes discomfort. Ask your dentist or hygienist about ongoing sensitivity or specific dental needs.

Fit and routine

Who is it designed for?

Adults and older children who can comfortably use the head. Children should be supervised, and a smaller child-sized brush may be more appropriate when the head feels too large.

Can I use it with braces or dental work?

Ask your dentist or orthodontist, because brushing needs vary by appliance and treatment.

Do I still need to clean between my teeth?

Yes. No toothbrush reaches every space between teeth. Continue flossing or using an interdental cleaner as recommended by your dental professional.

How often should I replace it?

Every three to four months, or sooner when the bristles become visibly worn or frayed.

Orders

When will my order arrive?

Orders are normally processed within one to two business days. Delivery estimates and available rates are shown at checkout for your address. Tracking is sent after dispatch.

What is the 60-day return policy?

Contact us within 60 days of delivery if Lumeva is not right for your routine. No product return is required for a refund under this policy.

Can I change an order?

Email us as soon as possible. We can usually help before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.
