Refund policy

The 90-Day Glow Guarantee

Supplements ask for your trust before they show you results. So here's ours, in plain terms.

Use Lumeva daily. If, within 90 days of delivery of your first order, you don't feel it earned a place in your routine, email us and we'll refund your order in full. Opened pouch, half-finished pouch, empty pouch — all fine. A guarantee you can only use on an unopened product isn't a guarantee, it's a return window. This one is built for actually trying it.

What the guarantee covers

• Your first Lumeva purchase. The guarantee applies once per customer, to your first order.
• Up to 3 pouches. Whether you started with one pouch or the 12-month bundle, up to three pouches are covered.
• Opened and used pouches. That's the point. You can't know if Lumeva is for you without taking it.

How to request a refund

1. Email hello@trylumeva.com with your order number and a note that you'd like to use the guarantee. That's the whole application.
2. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. (Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.)

You will never be routed to store credit, asked to justify yourself, or put through a retention script.

Do I need to send anything back? No. Keep or discard any remaining product — we don't require returns under the guarantee.

What's refunded: the full amount you paid for the order — product and any shipping you paid. ("In full" means in full.)

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email hello@trylumeva.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of what arrived. We'll ship a free replacement — no need to return the damaged item.

Everything else

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
