Shipping policy
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. All orders ship from our fulfillment location in Pickering, Ontario, Canada.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays begin processing the next business day.

US customers: duties & customs
Your order ships from Canada. At Lumeva's price range we don't expect US customers to owe additional import charges at delivery, and any brokerage or customs handling is not something we bill you for.
Lost or stuck packages
Tracking not moving for 5+ business days, or marked delivered but nowhere to be found? Email hello@trylumeva.com with your order number.
- Marked delivered, not received: give it 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early), check with neighbours and your building's package area — then write to us and we'll make it right.
- Stalled in transit: we'll open a trace with the carrier. If the package doesn't surface within a reasonable window, we'll reship or refund — your choice.
You will never be told "take it up with the carrier." You ordered from us; it's our problem to fix.
