Welcome to Lumeva. These terms govern your use of trylumeva.com and your purchase of our products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. We've kept them short and readable on purpose.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

3. Health & supplement disclaimer

Lumeva is a dietary supplement. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration or Health Canada. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult your physician before use — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication (particularly blood thinners or blood-pressure medication), or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.

4. Product information & accuracy

We work hard to keep descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel orders arising from them (with a full refund) — including after an order is placed. Product images are illustrative; packaging may vary slightly.

5. Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are in the currency displayed at checkout. We may refuse or limit orders at our discretion, including orders that appear to be for resale. Promotional pricing and bundle discounts may change at any time; changes don't apply retroactively.

6. Shipping & refunds

Shipping is governed by our [Shipping Policy] and refunds by our [Refund Policy], both of which form part of these terms. Our 90-day glow guarantee applies to your first purchase, up to 3 pouches, as described in the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All site content — text, design, graphics, logos, and the Lumeva name — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no interfering with its operation, no misrepresenting your identity in transactions, no scraping at scale.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumeva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
