Wear it for thirty days. If it is not doing anything for you, send it back and we will refund you.

The short version

• You have 30 days from delivery to decide.
• It does not need to be unworn. A sleeve you never took out of the packet tells you nothing about whether it helps.
• You do not need the original packaging.
• You do not have to explain why.

How to start one

Email us with your order number and say you would like to return it. We will reply with the return address and what to do next. There is no form and no portal.

When you get your money back

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, once the return reaches us. Banks typically take a further 5 to 10 days to show it on your statement, which is out of our hands.

Why the window is this long

Because a shorter one would be dishonest. The change people report tends to show up in the second or third week, not the first — so a 14-day return would be a window that closes before you have the information you need to use it.

Damaged or wrong item

If what arrived is damaged or is not what you ordered, email us with a photo and we will replace it. You do not need to send the original back first.
