Shipping

Everything on this page applies to every order. There is no threshold to hit and no option that quietly costs more at checkout.

How long it takes

Orders leave our fulfilment partner within 1–2 business days. After that, delivery within the United States typically takes 5 to 10 days.

So end to end, most orders arrive somewhere between six and twelve days after you place them. We would rather tell you that plainly here than let you find it out from a tracking page.

What it costs

Nothing. Shipping within the United States is free on every order, on every pack size. It is priced into the product, which is the honest way to describe it — a surprise shipping cost at checkout is the single most common reason people abandon an order, and we would rather not do that to you.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with a tracking number when the parcel actually leaves. If the second email has not arrived within three business days, write to us and we will find out where it is.

Where we ship

The terms on this page — free shipping, 5 to 10 days — describe orders shipped within the United States. If you are ordering from elsewhere, checkout will show you the rates and timings that apply to your address before you pay.

If something goes wrong

Parcels are occasionally lost or damaged. If yours is, email us and we will send a replacement or refund you — your choice. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself.
